Natalia Werhun is an associate lawyer at Crupi Law Professional Corporation. Natalia’s practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, as well as acting for both lenders and borrowers on institutional and private financing transactions. Natalia also has experience advising landlords and tenants on commercial leasing issues, as well as corporate matters.
Before joining Crupi Law, Natalia worked in Ottawa as an associate lawyer at Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP in the Real Estate and Development and Municipal Law groups after having articled at the firm. Natalia completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa in 2011. As a law student, she interned with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, as well as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. While at law school, Natalia was awarded the Godyne Sibay Scholarship in Real Estate Law and the County of Carleton Law Association Scholarship.
Outside of work, Natalia is actively involved in the Ukrainian community. She sits on the Board of the Canada Ukraine Foundation and holds the Secretary position on the Board of Directors of the Ukrainian National Federation – Education and Recreation Society. Natalia is also a member of the Administrative Committee at the Ukrainian National Federation Toronto Branch.
